Dr. Gregory H. Phan attended the University of California at Berkeley where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He continued his medical career at the University of California Davis School of Medicine, where he received his Medical Doctorate. He completed his eye surgery residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.
As a board-certified eye specialist, he has experience in performing Botox injections for treating eyelid spasms when it was only FDA approved for eye muscle disease. He subsequently has performed thousands of Botox cosmetic procedures and filler procedures around the eyes and on the face.​

With more than fifteen years of medical and cosmetic experience, Dr Phan has developed special techniques for addressing the tear trough areas / under eye hollows. In addition, he has developed special techniques for lip injections with minimal bruising and pain, as well as other areas of the face such as cheeks, nasal bridge, and chin.
Holly Ngo (Phuong) has over 18 years of experience as a skin therapist and is dedicated to optimizing outcomes. With an RN license since 2017, she excels as a nurse injector, trained by industry leaders like Allergan and Galderma. Holly earned her BSN in 2023, showcasing her commitment to excellence. She delivers meticulous assessments and tailored treatment plans, prioritizing patient safety and natural results. Her dream is to improve the quality of life for as many patients as possible through stem cell therapy and various services. Beyond her profession, she cherishes time with her family and maintains personal well-being through exercise regularly.
